I never really draw my pets. Don't know why- they are such characters!
Anyways, this is Rocko, our Boston Mix (Tho I just think he's full boston gone wrong!)
One of his nicknames is, (lovingly) "Ugly"

Wow! Wicky update!

Okay, remember how last Christmas, Sanders and I found a stray dog? Wicky? Remember her? Well, her new owners contacted us over the holidays! It's great to hear that 'SHASTA' is well loved and entertaining as ever with her new family! Throughout the year, we've wondered what happened to her, and hoped to see her again... well looks like we got our wish!

We'll be meeting up soon, maybe Dee will recognize her old friend?

DD vs DD

Dee Dee was very concerned about this strange dog, but over came her fear!
This was taken a while ago, but I thought it'd be fun to share :P

Influence Map

It's fun to think about what really influences you. This currently being done on DA. Trying to capture what inspires me in one piece like this was really fun! I focused on things that stood out in my mind as a kid... These moments and memories define me. Points to you if you can name them all!

if you have a DA acct- or want to do one yourself, you can DL the original template here

Dee Dee!

We have a new family member :) She's a total sweetheart. Not a mean bone in her whole body! Our best guess is that she's a boxador or some other lab mix.

Isis Easter

We had to put our dog Isis to sleep (4-3-09) last year. So I wanted to do a real quick digi paint of her. We miss our puppy.

Isis- our "Little Deer"

Isis, our Basenji, was helped yesterday to ease her pain, after struggling with fanconi syndrome for over the past year.

She was a great dog, an interesting dog, and a great example of the breed. But most of all, she was our first dog. Any other dog that we get after her will be living under her shadow, because she set a high bar.

We'll miss you "little deer"-
